Cosmedix Clinics Booking & Cancellation Policy is designed to protect the day to day running of the business and keep our schedule open and fair for all clients.
- All new bookings require credit card details to confirm and hold your appointment. 48 hours cancellation policy applies with all appointments subject to a no show and late cancellation fee of $120.
- Bookings for any consultation are currently free. However, we require a minimum 2 days notice if you are unable to attend.
- For all newly scheduled procedure days, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required but applied to your final invoice as credit.
- For all programs where a series of treatments is required, the cancellation policy applies to every appointment and a no show and late cancellation fee of $120 will be applied or your treatment session forfeited.
- We require 48 hours notice (no phone messages on Sunday as the clinic is closed) for all cancellations.
- No Shows:
If you are unable to make your appointment and have not advised us by at least 48 hours, a cancellation fee of $120 will be debited from your nominated credit card.
- Late Cancel: Regardless, if you cannot make your scheduled appointment on the day, we require you to inform us. It would be much appreciated at the very least and consideration of any emergency matters will be considered.
