The fractional CO2 laser resurfacing treatment is an excellent option to get your skin back to where it was before acne had damaged it.
Many confuse fractional CO2 laser with Fraxel, and despite its similarities, it is an outdated technology. However, the technology used at Cosmedix Clinic is a specialised ablative resurfacing laser that leaves you with less downtime and less risks but all the benefits. The fractional resurfacing laser lays down a pattern of tiny ablative wounds and leaves small bridges of untouched skin to speed up the healing process. The result provides regeneration of new skin cells in combination with collagen stimulation that will improve the appearance of acne scarred skin. Here at Cosmedix Clinic, we understand that each client is unique therefore it is not about the laser used, it is about the experience we have. Our skin specialists analyze your skin to approach the scars with the best method possible: this is how we achieve the optimal results. |
